CMM Translation was born from a simple dream: to build a professional and reliable language service provider. At that time, the team consisted of just two people: Rika Agusmelda as CEO and Addie Priwibowo as General Manager. Handling everything from translations and project coordination to administration.

CMM began to grow. New clients started coming in, new team members joined, and the range of projects expanded. There was a sense of pride each time a client returned with continued trust in CMM’s services.

The pandemic brought the world to a halt, including the language service industry. onsite assignments came to a sudden stop. Yet, CMM stayed afloat, thanks to its ongoing document translation services. In those challenging times, perseverance and consistency became the key to moving forward.

As the world began to recover, CMM not only bounced back but also innovated—becoming one of the first to offer hybrid language services, combining onsite and remote solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs. This innovation allowed CMM to handle projects across different sectors and regions.
Business steadily improved. Projects came in more frequently, the team expanded, and CMM earned the trust to handle larger-scale assignments, both locally and internationally.

CMM enters its first decade with the same spirit it began with. Now, at 10 years old, CMM Translation has become more than just a language service provider. We are a team that grows together, overcomes challenges together, and continues to learn—committed to delivering better solutions every step of the way.
