On the 9th of May 2025, we started our forever and exchanged our vows in an intimate ceremony attended by just our parents in Stavanger, Norway.
Although we decided to say our promises in front of our immediate family, please know that you were in our thoughts.

Our Love Story
“Love comes when you least expect it.”
How We First Met
Mathias and Frisca started talking when Frisca was exploring new countries for her Master’s degree in Europe, especially Bergen. Mathias, who happened to have studied in Bergen before, was able to give a lot of helpful insights about the area. From that very moment, they instantly clicked with each other and their conversations would just flow so effortlessly…
When We Started Dating
After just a few weeks, Mathias decided to ask Frisca out officially on the 1st of October 2023. They had to start off their relationship long-distance as Frisca was still in her senior year at BYU Provo’s School of Accountancy in Utah. At the same time, Mathias was also pursuing his Bachelor’s at the University of Stavanger in Norway. For all the following months being long-distance, Mathias and Frisca spent their days calling, playing various video games together, sending random picture updates, exchanging memes, having online study, movie, and even zoo dates, as well as accompanying each other on sleep calls.
Engagement
They were reunited in August 2024 when Frisca started her Master’s at the same university in Norway. After being together for some time in person, the couple had been becoming more sure everyday that they would want to be each other’s last love. Finally, unbeknownst to Frisca, Mathias decided to propose on the morning of 22 February 2025, to which she said “yes” while crying happy tears; the beginning of their forever.
